1. Agreement to these terms
By purchasing or using EasyLaunch Host services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the services for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Services
EasyLaunch Host provides website hosting and related services such as SSL, backups, content delivery, migration, maintenance, and support according to the plan you select. Features, storage, usage limits, and support levels may differ by plan.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.
4. Payments, renewals, and cancellation
Fees are charged in advance through Stripe according to the billing interval shown at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel future renewals at any time, but cancellation does not normally refund a billing period already started except where required by law or covered by an expressly stated guarantee.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the services to:
- break the law, infringe intellectual-property rights, or invade another person’s privacy;
- distribute malware, phishing pages, spam, or deceptive content;
- attack, probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems or networks;
- host content or activity that creates an unreasonable security, performance, or legal risk; or
- resell services unless we have agreed to it in writing.
6. Customer content and backups
You retain ownership of your website content and grant us the limited rights needed to host, transmit, back up, and support it. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use your content. Although applicable plans may include backups, you should maintain an independent current copy of important website data.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep services reliable and support is available 24/7/365. Maintenance, emergencies, third-party failures, security incidents, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect availability. Unless a separate written service-level agreement applies, availability targets are goals rather than guarantees.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate services for nonpayment, material breach, security threats, unlawful activity, or usage that harms our systems or other customers. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific search rankings, revenue, or business results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, EasyLaunch Host will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability relating to the services will not exceed the fees you paid us for the affected service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. Revised terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after the revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
